PG: Principles of Guidance

We will learn how to find stability and mobility in every movement, whether it’s through the hands or through the equipment. This approach, known as ‘The Symbiosis of Push & Pull®’, emphasizes that good posture can only be successfully acquired when the whole body’s mechanics are under perfect control. This principle, often referred to as ‘Contrology’, aims to bring about a harmonious state of physical fitness. Such fitness is characterized by a coordinated and balanced unity among three aspects: body, mind, and spirit.

The 4 Modules:

In modules 1 and 2

we will learn how to find stability and mobility in every movement – either through the hands, or through the equipment – The Symbiosis of Push & Pull®. Good posture can only be successfully acquired when the whole body’s mechanics are under perfect control. This “Contrology” will bring about a harmonious state, which we call physical fitness, reflected in a coordinated and balanced unity of three parts: body, mind and spirit.

In the 3rd module

In this part of our program, we will explore our ‘Gym at Home®’ concept. We’ll focus on the Wunda Chair sequence used by Joseph Pilates, which presents a different and challenging approach to this equipment.

In the final module

We will return to the principles of Contrology and ‘The Mind & Body®’, aiming to maximize our clients’ physical and mental health potential. We will guide them through challenges that rejuvenate and invigorate, making them feel alive again!
