Seminar Timetable
- Our seminars are typically scheduled from Thursday to Saturday, running from 1:30 pm to 8:00 pm, which includes a 30-minute break. However, we recommend checking the specific timetable for your chosen program, as there may be slight variations.
What if you find yourself unable to attend some of the training sessions on the pre-set dates?
- If you are unable to attend one or more of the six seminars scheduled for the program year, you have the option to request approval from Uno Pilates School to attend the missed seminar(s) in the following year. Please be aware that choosing this option will extend the time required to complete your certification.
After you complete the program, there are no ongoing requirements to maintain your certification?
- No. We do, however, love to stay connected with our graduates. So, while it's completely up to you, we always welcome and appreciate hearing from you and staying in touch!
Do you offer any continuing education after this certification?
- Yes, we offer continuing education opportunities beyond the initial certification. One such program is the PG - Principles of Guidance. This advanced course is tailored for teachers who have over two years of experience and are looking to further hone their skills as educators. It involves four weeks of non-consecutive, deep immersion into the Pilates method. During this time, participants engage in an in-depth investigation and analysis of each movement, enriching their understanding and teaching capabilities.
